No physical product is shipped unless a written proposal explicitly says otherwise. Websites, applications, design files, reports, credentials and related deliverables are provided electronically.
02 — Delivery method
Depending on the project, delivery may happen through a live website, secure download, email, shared drive, repository, hosting account or another agreed digital workspace.
03 — Timelines
Estimated milestones depend on scope, timely client material, approvals and third-party availability. The accepted proposal or order confirmation contains the relevant schedule.
04 — Confirmation and access
Delivery is considered complete when the agreed item is made accessible or launch and handover are confirmed. Clients are responsible for downloading files and securing transferred credentials within a reasonable time.
05 — Support
If an agreed deliverable cannot be accessed, contact us with the project and invoice details so we can verify access or provide the appropriate replacement link.
